Today I wanted to share with you a brief guide on how to choose your exercises if your goal is to develop your muscles. Below is a template that includes exercise order, number of exercises, sets, and repetitions in order to design an effective workout program. Furthermore, I organized the template to include how long each segment would take to complete.
While not all workouts are going to take an hour and not everybody has an hour to spend at the gym, this brief guide simplifies the process of program selection. I hope that you find this outline useful for creating your own workout program. Once you try it out, you can adjust to suit your time preferences and goals.
If your goal is to develop and improve your physqiue through hypetrophy, then having an organized structure that includes compound lifts, isolation lifts, stretching, mobility work and cardio is your best bet.
